How do I get 8 tabs to open when I start IE7 without having to say YES when I close IE7 the time before?

As it is, I need to close IE7 with the tabs all open and click on open
the tabs the next time I open IE7 if I want those tabs to open the
next time I open IE7.

I want to automate that so that I do not need to say YES when I close
IE7 each time. I want those tabs to be available automatically without
having to say that blasted YES. But I cannot find a setup option where
I can say 'always open tabs'...

I can do it using Firefox. I can do it using SlimBrowser. I can do it
using Maxthon2... so when will it be available in IE???
