IE Blank Page

on startup of my laptop which has windows vista home Basic on it i get a IE
blank page it is not a normal IE page which has all the tools on it. I have
done a misconfig and it came up enpty i did cheak start Task manager and it
pointed to IE is there a way to stop this page from loading on startup??

Hi,
Have you worked through the "Runonce" configuration page?
See "Problem: IE always goes to http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx instead
of your homepage" at
http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp
and/or
945385- A blank Web page is displayed when you start Internet Explorer 7:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/945385/en-us

I right clicked on it and went view source
Name: Notepad
Publisher: microsoft
Details: C:\windows\system32\notepad.exe

Yes magentic is installed but this was happening before i installed it

I hate to admit when i'm wrong but you were wright it was magentic I
uninstalled it and no blank page pop up it's a shame I do like the magentic
screen saver I have it on my pc running XP Pro  with no problems
