I have installed and re-installed the flash player 9 probably 20 times, yet
everytime I do, it still says that I need to install it. Occasionally I get a
bar across the top of my screen that says that the installer has been
blocked, and then it won't let me unblock it. I would really appreciate if
you could help me with this, i've tried turning off the information bar that
blocks pop-ups and whatnot, but it still won't install! What do I do?

I just noticed that you replied to a posting of mine from some time ago. I have
no idea what your problem is. All I know, is that the procedure outlined in my
other posting works for me.
Sorry I can't be of more help.

Uninstall it with the uninstaller in the link; then reinstall it!
What a tongue twister!

You might try this:
1. Download the following two files and save them to your Desktop,
Flash Player Manual Uninstaller:
http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe
Flash Player Manual Installer:
http://www.macromedia.com/go/full_flashplayer_win_ie
2. Disconnect from the Internet, and temporarily disable any Third Party
Security application(s) that might prevent writing to the Registry.
3. Run the Manual Flash Player Uninstaller file
"uninstall_flash_player.exe" by double clicking on it from the Desktop.
This will completely remove the Flash Player from your machine.
4. Now run the Manual Flash Player Installer file from your Desktop by
double clicking on it. This will install the latest public release version
of the Flash Player(version 9.0.115.0) to your machine.
5. Turn your secruity application(s) back on, and reconnect to the Internet.
6. Go to the following Adobe Flash Test page to see if you have
successfully installed the Flash Player:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/about/
If you were successful, the page should show that version 9.0.115.0 was
installed successfully.
Good luck,
Donald Anadell
