I can access my FTP site using IE7 and logging in. Files display as
expected.
Once connected via IE7, I use IE7 View-->Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.
Windows Explorer will try and connect after asking for user/pw (which I
supply) but fails to connect. A second try usually causes Windows Explorer
to simply hang.
I have my IP set in DMZ in the router. I don't get any messages from Windows
Firewall.
Any help appreciated.
A trick I learned...
"Dont open IE7, open any regular folder in windows.
Make sure the adress bar is active if not right click on the tool bar and
select address bar.
Now you should see C:\somefolder\someotherfolder or whatever.
Clear that off and type in ftp://yourftpdomain and it will open ftp using
windows explorer instead of IE "

Access your FTP site via Windows Explorer from the git-go.

Thanks, PA. That does work. But my original question was once I access FTP
via IE7, Why doesn't the View In Windows Explorer menu choice work?
Something isn't right somewhere in the IE7 and Win Explorer link... either
IE7 or Explorer. Just curious if this behavior is a bug.
