I have a new PC running Vista Home & IE7.  When I open IE7, it appears to
load twice (briefly showing double toolbars) which I find irritating... am
sure this shouldn't happen!   Could this be a simple graphics problem?  Also,
I have a big problem with Favourites, which I have imported correctly (from
my old PC).... but they are sooooo slow to open, I find it easier to use
Bookmarks within Yahoo..... but I would like to use my old system of opening
within Favourites, as they (were) far easier to handle and edit.  Thanks in
advance for any wise words.
