The entry point BUF_MEM_grow_clean cound not be located in the dynamic link

I have searched online and on microsoft windows xp but found nothing.
I have and used webroot spysweeper, mcafee virus scan, windows defender,

Hi,
Since this is a Windows XP issue,  not an Internet Explorer issue, try the
XP General newsgroup at

Outlook Express or another NNTP news program:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windowsxp.general

On the web:
http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx?dg=micro
soft.public.windowsxp.general
