Somewhere along the line here I lost the Open in New Tab option when using
the Right Click key.

Where/How do I restore this function ?

I don't see the Option under Tools/Internet Options/Tabs settings.

TIA

Hi,

I think one of the biggest culprits for causing this issue is the Google
Tool Bar add-on IE(although it's not the only one to cause it).  If you have
the Google Tool Bar installed you might try disabling it in Tools||Manage
Add-ons||Enable or Disable Add-ons... to see if the problem is resolved.

If that Tool bar is the cause of your problem, you can either uninstall it
or use the middle mouse button to "Open in new tab" or CTRL + Click should
work as well.

Good luck,

Donald Anadell

Windows version?  Does the behavior persist if you start IE7 in No Add-ons
mode?

I wasn't aware of that. Thanks for the info!

I just found that Option and the Add-On Manager.

I have several Add-On programs on IE7. I'm sure one of them is screwing up
the Tab setting.

I'll have to check the settings and see.

Thanks!
