Hello,
I forgot to say that after net activity and during the waiting time, IE7 use
94 percent of CPU time....
I tried others tests:
- Using "EndItAll" utility, i stopped everything (All progs, Antivirus,
firewall, services....), and got the same problem.
- I tried Firefox and got the same problem and the same CPU utilization
(94%) during the waiting time.
Is this problem can be initiated by my Internet access provider ???
Any suggestion ??
Thanks for any...

For the event log, if you are using Windows xp, go to the Control Panel, Then
Administrative Tools then Event Viewer. Click on Application, and look
through the events during the time period you were attempting the transfer.
Then click on System and check for the same time period.
The fact that IE7 is using 97% of the CPU during the transfer is suspicious.
Get to the point just before you would start transferring/attaching the file
and go to Tools/Manage Add-ons/Enable or Disable Add-ons, and check which
add-ons are currently loaded. Begin the transfer, then go back and see if
additional add-ons are loaded.
