Evidentially Vista won't do this but I have my taskbar set on auto-hide.  It
sure would be nice if when in the Explorer full-screen mode my taskbar would
come up when the mouse goes over it (as it does with all other programs).
Is there a way to get Visa/Explorer to do this?  Maybe an add-on if it's not
a built in feature.

Thanks in advance... Bob

Yes.  Using your keyboard.   E.g. press Ctrl-Esc  (or the Win- key)

I realize that but the question referred to mouse access.
