Radio Buttons not loading in dialog boxes On Load in Internet Expl

Hi,

I'm using IE7 and facing this peculiar problem. Radio buttons are not
getting checked in a dialog box as expected when tried to do so on load from
java script. i'm using Windows Xp SP2. After loading of the dialog box is
done,the radio buttons are getting checked as expected when i do some custom
actions on the dialog box. only while loading the radio buttons are not
getting checked. Could you please sugest me how to fix it or some workaround
that would fix this issue?

You call it a dialog box? ShowModalDialog or ShowModelessDialog method? Is
there a Helper window - see the IE7 release notes for changes to the
handling of Helper windows.

Place alert statements in your onload event to determine if the checkboxes
are in the DOM at the time the onload event fires.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. I'm actually trying this out by dynamically
selectingt he radio buttons based on certain actions that take place in the
dialog box. only while loading no radio button is getting checked. but once
that's done, upon doing ceratin actions in the dialog box, the radio buttons
are working properly as expected. i suspect this is an issue with IE only
since its properly working in firefox without any issues.

I actually cannot say which model dialog i'm using since its a custom dialog
derived from the base class which we have written in our code.

I kept all the alert statements required to know which radio button is
getting clicked,...while loading it is showing properly but the radio button
is not getting checked...

so,could you please help me out in this aspect and how to go about to fix
it.???

Hi,

asp.net or classic html? Sun Java installed?

Not much we can do without access to a sample page or your code.

Have you tried the debug bar?
