no backgrounds

I have IE 7, all websites are in gray background. I have tried to run expl,
with no add ons and it didnt help. What can I do to fix the problem?

Hi Rev,

Tools>Internet Options - General tab, Accessibility button, uncheck "Ignore
colors specified on web pages", Colors button on the General tab, Check "Use
Windows Colors"
