Is there a way to do a transparent check and/or modification to a
network user's Internet Browser Settings?  I can use VNC to access
their computers and make the changes, but I would rather be able to
make changes without contacting them first.  I know Group Policy is an
option, but I would like to know if this can be done.

Hi kw,

Regedit. File>Connect Network Registry....

Will give you access to the HKLM and USERS roots.

Regards.
