Hi Maggie,
Operation Aborted messages usually appear when a user cancels the web page
as it is loading by pressing the Esc (escape) key.
When entering in your User Name and Password on login screens make sure you
CLICK the Logon button after you have entered your details. (You can also
use the Enter key, but for now make sure you click instead of pressing a key
on the keyboard). It may take a few seconds for the logon to be processed...
be patient.
If say it takes more than 10 seconds for a page to load you can cancel the
page by pressing the "X" button on the right hand side of the Address bar,
or the Esc (escape) key (on the top left hand corner of the keyboard)
Regards.
