I'm wondering if someone can help me...I'm having trouble seeing objects in
IE7. Some websites I go to are not fully displayed. Some backgrounds and in
particular if I go to sites that require entering a verification code, the
code is not displayed at all...even after I refresh the site. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bill,
Check your settings on the Advanced tab of Internet Options, under the
Multi-media section.
Ensure "Show pictures" is checked.
On the General tab of Internet Options - Accessibility button, ensure
"Ignore colors specified on web pages" is unchecked.
Regards.

Rob;
I've thought of that and they're as they should be and still nothing. It's
really strange.

Hi Bill,
Is an Addon blocking them?
No Addons mode - Start>(All) Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Internet
Explorer (no addons)
Regards.

It doesn't seem to be the Add-ons either. The weird thing is that this
problem occurs with other browsers as well.

Backgrounds can be suppressed by High Contrast mode.
E.g. if it is in effect you could press LeftAlt+LeftShift+PrintScrn
to toggle it.
Good luck
