My computer has been on the fritz lately. But right now it is blocking all my
cookies and I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to unblock them. I am
not at all computer literate and I have tried everything I can think of. Can
Anybody Help?

You've provided no details that would help us diagnose your problem, and
nobody knows what you mean by "on the fritz". Your best bet is to show
your computer to a professional technician.

Windows version? IE version?

IE Tools | Internet Options | Privacy | Sites: type in

google.com [for example]

then Allow cookies.
