Have a laptop computer that is running Win XP SP2, and IE 7.  We have a
program that is an web based that we are able to copy and paste information
from different screens - two of the devices are experiencing the same issue -
when we are attempting to copy, paste - instead of the info pasting into the
window when you hit Ctrl-v, the IE Help Window opens.  Anyone have any
ideas??  I have reimaged the device, uninstalled IE and reinstalled - still
same problem - 71 other laptops are not experiencing this problem.
Thanks

Thanks for at least letting me know I am not alone out here!!!  Did you
notice if you had received any updates prior to this happening?? I am
thinking that the user completed some form of key combination that changed
this - but not sure what could be.
