I can open to a full size webpage the first time (from address bar, favorites
or run, for example)  but when I click on a link in that webpage, the new
page (and subsequent pages) always opens as a very small window that I have
to maximize before I can read it.

How can I set all pages to open full size?
Thanks

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
