Cannot Log in Hotmail

Hi, I use Windows Vista Home and IE 7.0. I can log in into yahoo mail but not
in hotmail. Most of the times, there 's no sign in page. If it does appear,
it does not proceed. I disabled firewall and tried but doesn't work. Any
ideas what may be the reason.

Your log-in is not successful or you can't reach the Hotmail website to
log-in?
