XP Home (SP3) and IE 7 - all totally up to date
I cannot get to www.morethan.com ("Internet Explorer cannot display the
webpage" error). Every other site I visit is fine and I can access
www.morethan.com on my wife's laptop.
Any suggestions please?

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, after trying all of these, I am still
unable to access this particular site.
Any other ideas will be gratefully received, thanks.

That particular host name is an alias for its domain name:
<nslookup>
Non-authoritative answer:
Name: morethan.com
Address: 129.35.80.28
Aliases: www.morethan.com
</nslookup>
Therefore, try starting your request with:
http://morethan.com/
That would get that lookup cached and then allow the lookup
of its alias to be cached too.
BTW there are other problems with that site but nothing which
should prevent you from at seeing that you have connectivity
with it.
Otherwise another thing you could try is just requesting
a single graphic from the site:

Check C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc for a file named HOSTS with no
extension. (Not Hosts.sam)
Make sure Windows is set to show hidden files and folders and is NOT set to
hide extensions for known file types.
If HOSTS exists, rename it to HOSTS.OLD
Reboot an try again.
Or, In a Cmd window, enter
ipconfig /flushdns
then clear your TIF also, and re-boot.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Unfortunately none of these solved my problem
but I have now resolved it by using openDNS (www.opendns.com).
