Stuck on wireless router setup utility

I logged into my belkin wireless router setup utility and now Internet
Explorer will not navigate to any other page. No matter what you type in it
goes back to the setup. I have tried pinging a website with success. I have
tried reseting Internet Explorer to default settings, no help. I tried
uninstalling and reinstalling internet explorer, no help. I'm running
Internet Explorer 7 with windows xp.

How old is the router? Is the latest firmware installed?
