No, it is a page directing me to customize my settings for IE7. (turn on/off
phishing, use cleartype, use current or other provider, etc). I choose the
settings and it says that it is applying them but it stays there forever and
never applies them or changes pages. Next time I open IE it has the same page
again.

I also have a problem with my email program wanting to send an error message
to microsoft everytime I open a new message and then closing the program. Is
this the correct forum or should I be in the outlook express forum?

This is not the correct /newsgroup/ for OE questions. Even if it was, you
should begin a new thread about it.
