Using IE7 and Win XP, I get the following message on startup. Cannot find
'file:///c:/program%20Files/AOL%20Toolbar/Welcome.html'. make sure the path
or Internet Addrss is correct.
How do I get rid of this?

Have you tried uninstalling AOL Toolbar? Starting IE7 in No Add-ons mode?
You've got lots of company:
