Dear Gentlemen,

I use explorer 7 for more than 4 months now. Recently I have problem viewing
the web pages.
When I try to open any page it shows finding address in the beginning and
after that it display
(((Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage)))
Other programs are working fine and connected to the internet such as MSN
messenger and Yahoo messenger. After further investigation, I found out that
the Explorer will not work after windows update. I’m using (Original) windows
XP home edition service Pack 2.
I’m reaching you after more than a week (since 15/06/08) waiting for a
replay from CS in my country I already talk to them by phone and they ask for
more detail to be sent by email regarding my windows info which already sent
to them by email. The most annoying, I have received more than 30
advertisement e-mail in the past week plus 5 auto replay email stating :-
((Message will be retried for 1 more day(s) ))
i'm using FireFox for the time been.
Any help in the subject?
