Transferring IE url's to new computer

I'm switching to a new computer and want to retain the url history so it
shows in the drop down on the search bar.  Copying the history folder in docs
and settings will only show them in the History tab in IE, how can I get them
to appear in the drop down as well?  I'm using IE7 on XP SP2

Sorry, more specifically, old machine has XP SP2, new one has XP SP3.
