Can't see all of page content.  Looks like a 'snapshot'

I work at a community college and frequently use IE7 to work with our Course
Management System, Angel.  When I try to do the settings in the dropbox,
there is no scroll bar on the right so I can scroll down to other portions of
the settings.  It almost looks like a snapshot of it.  It is really weird.  I
have to go into Mozilla to work with the dropboxes, but do the other page
editing in IE7 (because it all looks funky if I work in Mozilla). It is quite
a pain to work in 2 different browsers for up to 8 hours a day.  Any
suggestions?

Is this Angel application IE7-compatible?

Supposedly.  When we first went to the CMS, they told us to use the older
version and not to update, so that is what my computer has at work...the
older version.  But all the campus computers updated the IE7 and I seem to be
able to work with it at my work computer, not my home computer.  Now, the IE7
I have at home comes with Windows Vista, from what I gather it is integrated?
That is why I am thinking it has something to do with the internet options,
but I can't quite figure out which ones.

=> Does this behavior persist if you start IE7 in No Add-ons mode?  To start
IE7 in No Add-ons mode:

1. Right-click on the blue IE desktop icon and select Start without Add-ons;
or

2. Start > (All) Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer
(No add-ons).

Troubleshooting and Internet Explorer’s (No Add-ons) Mode:

Well, I started it without the Add Ons, and that didn't work.  But, when I
did the Reset of the Advanced settings, that worked!  I can now scroll down
the other settings in the dropboxes, quizzes, and discussion forums!  Woohoo!

Any idea what setting it was that was causing the problem?

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737

You'll now have to re-enable or reinstall your Add-ons.  Do so one-by-one
until you identify the troublemaker.
