I am receiving email spam.
The subject is blank and so is the message.
I tried to creat a rule to delete these messages with no luck.
Seems there is no way to create such a rule.

You can delete rules to delete messages with blank subject.

- For some Outlook Express Message Rules tips, see:

"Where the Subject does not contain a, e, i, o, u, y, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 8, or 9, Delete it and Stop processing more rules."

   - each letter and number must be added separately when composing the
rule

   - click on Options button to get to "does not" option

   - place rule appropriately in your hierarchy of rules
