I have tried to create stationery in OE and Outlook to incorporate a
logo in .jpg and .gif, the only thing it wont do now is print the email
with the logo/picture file that appears on screen as part of the email.
Can anybody tell me why?

Outlook is a completely different program from Outlook Express. As such,
you will get better answers to Outlook problems in a newsgroup such as one

Regarding OE, you want to do the reverse of this article:

Not know how the HTML was created, was this a background image or an
inserted one,
Open Internet Explorer
Tools | Folder Options | Advanced tab
In the Printing section see if "Print background colors and images" is
checked, if not check it then print.
