You are out of luck.
The message you were composing was only in RAM and got wiped when the PC
crashed.
To protect yourself in the future when composing a long message, you
must manually save it periodically to the DRAFTS by doing a File, Save
(Ctrl+S) or to an EML file by doing File, Save As.
