I can received my mail from server by using Outlool Express but can,t
send any message. Help needed. Please advice how can i solve my
problem. When i check for send & receive mail then the below error
show.

(An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'mail.fashionex.biz', Server:
'mail.fashionex.biz', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '451 Please try
again later.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 451, Error
Number: 0x800CCC6A)

The error message:

'451 Please try again later.'

is coming from Server: 'mail.fashionex.biz' Outlook Express is merely
relaying the error message to you.

That error suggests that the mail server is having temporary problems.
If the problem remains, you'll need to contact the server administrator
to find out more about the problem.
