oulook express messages

How can I save the messages (emails) into
folders/directories not associated with outlook express so
that I can copy them onto cd/floppy to read on other
compters which do not have outlook express loaded. eg can
they be changed to txt or doc format

Search for a program called DBXtract.  It'll cost you about $30 , but it'll
do the job.
