I am unable to delete email. When attempting to delete,
nothing happens. Can move mail to different folders but
not delete folder.  My blocked list no longer works
either. Had Internet Explorer 5, upgraded to 6, no help,
still not able to delete..nothing new installed on
computer, worked one day and the next day it did not
work.  Any suggestions ?

Your deleted-mail folder has probably been corrupted, which is why you cant
write to it anymore.

My suggestion ?  Find the "deleted items.dbx" (or something of that name)
and delete it.  It will be re-created by OE when needed.

Hi there,

You likely have a corrupted key in your registry. Close OE an go to Start |
Run, type Regedit. Navigate to this key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{identity #}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\5.0\Block Senders

And delete it. OE will build a new one for you the next time you open it,
which should retain your settings.
