IE shuts down

Hello can anyone help
I turn my system on and when it comes to starting up, Explorer cant open
then asks me to shut down. Nothing comes on my screen , no desktop icons no
nothing. I cant even open it in safe mode cuz i need the password which i
dont have.

What has changed on your system recently Leanne.  Have you installed
software? Removed software?
