Hi James,
You don't give examples of those pages, but some pages cannot be saves
(pages that are not cached, pages generated with the input of a form, ...)
Kind regards

Hans, I don't bother trying to save forms and java applets, but what I
can't save at times are just web pages that-- as far as I know-- contain
only text and whatever pictures are on the webpage. I can save those same
pages with Netscape but not with my usual browser, IE 5.

Hi,
You still don't give examples/addresses, so I can't say anything more...
Kind regards

Yes man. If you try to save a webpage that is using a css file like so:
<LINK REL=stylesheet HREF="styles.css" TYPE="text/css">
and styles.css doesn't exist (it's a bad web page) you cannot save as a htm
file. Not sure about saving as HTML file but I wouldn't be surprised if the
same occurred. It is easy to test. No cure unless you get the site to fix
their web pages.
