Alright, I encountered a machine running Win95, IE 5.5, and Netscape Navigator, nothing more complicated than that. The original problem was that IE could not access any sites on the internet, but had no problems going to our system's home page. Netscape didn't have such a problem. However, once we logged into BorderManager through Netscape, IE was able to browse without any troubles
Well, after imaging the machine and resetting the proxy information, IE was browsing just fine...until last week. This time, neither IE nor Netscape can access any site outside of our intranet. Short of reimaging the computer a second time, I haven't a clue as to the culprit. Any help, aside from the basic-level stuff (I'm a technician and I've already tried all of that) would be appreciated. Not even the infrastructure engineers downtown had a clue. Thanks in advance
