Im wondering if theres any way to force a certain homepage to refresh, for

If it's a page you have created the you can use the Meta Refresh tag.
Otherwise you will need some 3rd party software to refresh pages from the
servers.
Search the web not sure it available.

IE doesn't have the capability to do this by itself - you'll need a helper
app.  Here are a few for you to try:

Refresher http://downloads-zdnet.com.com/3000-2366-10052773.html
BrowseFresh http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,4149,12254,00.asp - requires
subscription
Ifocus http://www.downlinx.com/proghtml/253/25312.htm

I'm sure there are more out there.  Check out http://www.tucows.com, or
