Hi everyone, I was hoping someone could help me... I'm the webmaster of
a site which has a forum... only recently i've been having people that
say "I can't reply to a message, i can only create new topics"... at
first i tought it was a problem with their browser's cookies but i now
know that it's not that... I'm currently making some tests to determine
if the problem is them at all, or maybe something on my side...

Anyway, in case it's them, I need a software that is able to check the
browser's settings (cookies, etc), and create a log file that they
would submit to me... is this even possible? I would apreciate any
help! Thank You!

This site runs .asp or JavaScript to generate a report of many of the user's
browser settings - may be useful to you:
