IE Died on my win98 system ... HELP

I have an old computer running Win98 and the IE has just died!! I have a new
Dell with a CD burner ( the old system has a cd drive). I think I need IE
5.0 as the old computer does not meet system requirements for IE6.

What do I need to DL and Burn to CD in order to reload IE on my old system?

Don't you fit these requirements?

Internet Explorer 6 SP1 System Requirements:

Before you do anything, please answer PA Bear as you need to fix
existing problems before upgrading.
What version of IE do you have now?
