Unable to open JPEG attachments files

Hello Folks,
One of my user is unable to open her JPEG files which she received
in email as attachment when she clicks on attachment system asks her to
OPEN or SAVE the file, and when she clicks OPEN nothing happens, I had
her try to open that with paint but that doesnt work either, she
forwarded that email to other user who was able to open it.
If anyone has any clue please let me know , it would be highly
appreciated.

What operating system?
What email program?
What happens when she saves it and opens it from Windows?

Why is she still using IE5? (Or have you posted to the wrong group?)
