Viewing saved,formatted html files in IE

I can view a saved html file on my local harddrive just fine but when I
email it to someone else they cannot view it.  Help!

To clarify - they can view it but not formatted.

It is still not clear to me.
Are you really still using IE5?
Is the person you emailed it to using IE5?
Did you add all necessary graphics/folders etc.?
Did you save it as "Web Page, complete" or "Web Page, HTML only"?
Did you zip it first?
