Thanks for everyones help but my problem is still not
fix.
I ran spybot and norton.  After I ran those programs I
deleted over 100 spyware programs. The reason was that I
was sick of the pop-ups.  Every second a different pop-up
would pop-up.  After the scan, I could not use the IE from
the desktop.  I could not change the home page.  I believe
that the browser was hijacked. The only problem was when I
explored my network places on my desktop I could use
Internet explorer.  However, when a new window opens It
cannot find that window, it goes to the a seach the web
page.  I found the file that was causing that and deleted
it.  After deleting this file, Internet Explore cannot
display the webpage.  I am not able to change the home
page. I reset my internet settings and still no luck.  So
I used Nescape 4.7.  It works fine but I downed
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm .  After that I started to
recieve an error.  Failed to update the system registry.
Please use REDEGIT.  Also, Netscape.exe has generated
errors and will be closed by Windows.  An error log is
being created.

Please Help!!!!!

Spybot can be dangerous if you don't RTFM before using it.

You *must* seek updates for Ad-Aware, Spybot, etc., before each and every
use, even "right out of the box".  But even then, they can't catch
everything.  When all else fails, HijackThis
(http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware.  **Post
your files to http://forums.spywareinfo.com/ or the Spyware forum at
http://forum.aumha.org/ for expert analysis, not here.**

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan.  From
now on, do both daily.
