I get a Dr. Watson error, msimn.exe exception access
violation 0xc0000005 adress 0x5f5875b0, whenever I try to
delete any message from any folder.  I tried copying the
dbx files to another folder, then importing back - No fix.
I tried creating a new account and setting as default - No
fix.  My next step is to uninstall OLX, then re-install,
unless there is a better way.  HELP Please!

Deleted Items is probably corrupt.
Go to Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store Folder and see where OE is
storing its data files.
Close OE.
Go to the store folder with Windows Explorer and delete Deleted Items.dbx.
With Win2K, WinXP and Win2K3 it will be a hidden file.
OE will build a new one when you reopen it.
