i set up a firewall and installed the security patch for
the blaster worm as microsoft's webpage said to, then
restarted the computer, and my account on outlook express
was deleted along with all my emails!  is there a setting
that does this?  is there any way to get my emails back?  
these are emails that are no longer kept on a server.
