Hi,
How do I make a message rule that stops emails with no sender and no subject
mentioned?
Also, most spam emails are not sent as text.  How can I put a stop to them?
Thanks

Create a rule as follows:

Where the From line does not contain '@'
and Where the Subject line does not contain 'a' or 'e' or 'i' or 'o' or
'u'
Delete it from server

Jim,
Tried it but I can't figure out how to make a rule called @Where the To line
does not contain'
I can see the 'contains' rule but not the one I need.
Sorry to be a pain.

When you come to insert the letter a, click Add, then the Options button
will be highlighted, click it and select the button where the choice is
"does not contain."

Instead of using Message Rules to find email you wish to remove use Rules to relocate email you expect to receive and want to keep to user created Local Folders.  When you have your Rules working properly you will have all your spam in your Inbox. You can then skim quickly through the content of your Inbox to make sure they are all spam and  then use Select All and Shift+Delete to clear the Inbox.
