Can't export messages in OE

Hi,

Now I have another problem -- when I attempted to export
email messages from OE to Outlook, I got the message:

The export could not be performed
an error occurred while initializing MAPI

Is Outlook installed on the same computer? If not, it won't work since you
must have Outlook installed on the same computer to use the Export function
in Outlook Express. There is no workaround.
