I am usig OE5.5 with windows 95
I've just added a newsgroup acct. and noticed after I subscribe to a news service
that all posts and threads are in some kind of code or encrypted language. Is there an adjustment that I can make
so all threads and posts are in English
                          Thanks for any suggestions
