I would GREATLY appreciate some help on this...

Recently installed the Windows Update (my OS is Win98)
from IE 5.5 to 6.0.  After doing so, OE will now not
open.  I am getting the following error messages when
trying to open OE:

-The identity login could not be started.  Some components
are either missing or incorrectly configured.

-Outlook Express could not be started.  It may not be
installed correctly.  Make sure that your disk is not full
or that you are not out of memory.  Contact Microsoft
support for further assistance.  (0x80040154)

-Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL
could not be initialized.  Outlook Express may not be
installed correctly.

I have never had problems w/OE before and this is a huge
inconvenience that I cannot use it now.  PLEASE reply
w/some tips.  Do I need to uninstall IE and OE and try
reinstalling?  Whatever the solution is, I would really
appreciate some help.  Thanks.
