When I try to print a web page, it comes out blank except
for an address and date at the bottom. ie:
file://C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\triBEPLA.htm           8/11/03
Also, when I try to print an email from Outlook Express,
the only thing that prints is the information in the
headers...FROM:  TO:  Cc:  SENT:  SUBJECT:   but nothing
in the lower pane.  Even if I select and/or highlite the
actual message, it still doesn't print.
These things worked properly before today.  Other programs
like Quicken seem to print fine.
Any suggestions?

Thank you so much.  This fixed both problems.
Any idea how these settings were changed?  Is there
something I can do to prevent this from happening again?

Was it article 271583 that fixed your problem?

If so the Autoselect option might have been accidentally enabled when viewing the menus in
OE, or the default setting might have changed during a software upgrade.
