Hi,

I'm trying to use some functions from wab32.dll to read / manipulate the
Outlook Express address book from Visual Basic 6. It would be great if
somebody had some examples concerning the definition of the necessary
functions and structures to do this. What I need to do is connect to the
Address Book (WABOpen API function), and read the addresses in it.

Some help would be very appreciated.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for the link. I found this information earlier, but the problem is
that I think that you can't use this API from Visual Basic right away. If
I'm correct, a COM wrapper around the API (written in C++) could do the
trick. The problem is that I'm not exactly what you could call an expert C++
programmer :(.

Therefore, I think I have to hope for somebody who wrote a wrapper and is
willing to share it ...
