I get this error message when I try to open up Outlook
Express:

Outlook Express could not be started.  The application was
unable to open the Outlook Express message store.  Your
computer may be out of memory or your disc is full.
Contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
(0x80040154, 183)

Then after I press OK another one comes up saying:

Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL
could not be initialized.  Outlook Express may not be
installed correctly.

Now Ive been using Outlook for a year and this has just
suddenly plagued me.

Other programs, such as McAfee Virus Scan, and MSN Zone,
are failing to work as well.

Please help!

Thanks
