OE will not allow attachments

Every time someone sends me an attachment, OE blocks it
stating " OE removed access to the following unsafe
attachments in your mail:(null).eml" This has been going
on for a year, and happens with every attachment.How can
I change this? Thank you....Joan

In OE go to Tools | Options | Security and uncheck "Do not allow
attachments...".
